ARKU offers you an extensive portofilo of roller levelers for flattening and stress-relieving sheet metal parts after laser cutting and punching. The machine can also flatten the entire sheet metal prior to cutting as well. Different machine models are used depending on the material specifications and flatness requirements. EcoMaster® 12
The EcoMaster® 12 precision leveler delivers optimal leveling results, especially for thin sheet metal parts with a material thickness of 0.004" - 0.047" (0.1 - 1.2 mm).
EcoMaster® 25
The EcoMaster® 25 precision leveler delivers optimal leveling results, especially for thin sheet metal parts with a material thickness of 0.009" - 0.12" (0.2 - 3.0 mm).
EcoMaster® 30
The precision leveler EcoMaster® 30 delivers optimal flatness results for sheet metal and entire sheets with a material thickness of 0.012" - 0.20" (0.3 - 5.0 mm).
FlatMaster® 55
The FlatMaster® 55 ensures the best flatness and stress-relieve results for sheet metal and plate of a thickness between 0.02" up to 0.60" (0.6 up to 15 mm).
FlatMaster® 88
The FlatMaster® 88 delivers ideal flatness and stress-relieve results for sheet metal and heavy plate from 0.04" up to 1.10" (1.0 up to 28 mm) thick.
