ARKU offers you an extensive portfolio of roller levelers for flattening and stress-relieving metal plate and thick parts after flame (plasma and oxyfuel) cutting. The machine can also flatten the entire metal plates prior to cutting as well. Different machine models are used depending on the material specifications and flatness requirements. Material type, geometry, quantity and part dimensions all influence the choice of the ideal precision leveler. FlatMaster® 55
The FlatMaster® 55 ensures the best flatness and stress-relieve results for sheet metal and plate of a thickness between 0.02" up to 0.60" (0.6 up to 15 mm).
FlatMaster® 88
The FlatMaster® 88 delivers ideal flatness and stress-relieve results for sheet metal and heavy plate from 0.04" up to 1.10" (1.0 up to 28 mm) thick.
FlatMaster® 120
The FlatMaster® 120 is ideal for flattening and stress-relieving predominately heavy plate and parts from 0.06" up to 1.57" (1.5 up to 40 mm) thick.
FlatMaster® 140
The FlatMaster® 140 ensures the best flatness and stress-relieving results for parts and heavy plates from 0.08" up to 1.77" (2.0 up to 45 mm) thick.
FlatMaster® 180
The FlatMaster® 180 is ideal for leveling very large and very thick parts and plates with a thickness from 0.08" up to 1.77" (4.0 up to 60 mm) thick.
PlateMaster® L-XXL for leveling large metal plates
The PlateMaster® was specially developed to level large and thick metal plates. Ideal for processing large and thick plates with heavy rust or dirt on them since the machine is resistant to dirt.
