HRC Perfect Leveling AG was founded in 2002 through the takeover of the HÄMMERLE roller leveler machine division of the over 100-year-old company Hämmerle. Starting from June 1, 2025, ARKU Maschinenbau GmbH took over the assets of HRC Perfect Leveling AG as part of a succession plan. Since then, the HRC brand has been an integral part of the ARKU Group.
