Contract Leveling with ARKU

Experienced and skilled leveling technicians work in our leveling centers to flatten and stress-relieve your sheet metal parts, heavy plates, and blanks on a contract basis. From one part all they way up to truck loads, we don't have minimums for contract leveling. We work with material thicknesses from 0.10 up to 45 mm and widths up to 2,000 mm. After leveling and stress-relieving, sheet metal parts and heavy plate are easier and more accurate to process because stress-relieved and completely flat.

Contract Deburring with ARKU

Leveling and deburring go hand in hand in metalworking and metal fabrication. You can achieve optimal results by deburring your parts prior to leveling them. Our innovative deburring machines offer single-sided and double-sided processes for deburring, deslagging, edge rounding, laser oxide removal and surface finishing. This includes parts that are cut with laser, flame, plasma, oxyfuel as well as for punched parts and sheets.
