After a first introduction and a tour of the company, the newcomers got to know their workplace and met their new colleagues. After that, the young people started to work on their first workpiece during the training workshop. Some photo shootings and a relaxed lunch with the management were also part of the program.
Promoting and training young people has always been important at ARKU. Training is an investment in the future. “We want to be ready for future tasks and place great emphasis in our own junior specialists,” says Chris Schottmüller, training manager at ARKU.
