    This deburring machine stands for productivity: the EdgeBreaker® 3000 removes hard burrs from both sides of the sheet metal in just a single pass. With its secondary brush unit, it edge rounds, also from both sides. The double-sided deburring machine removes not only the strongest laser burrs, like for example from fiber laser cutting, but it also removes splatters on the surface - up to a material thickness of 4" (100 mm). The powerful brush units deburr and edge round a maximum number of sheet metal parts so that production can continue quickly. This prevents bottlenecks and saves you money!

    Twice as fast deburring and edge rounding

    The EdgeBreaker® 3000 processes sheet metal double-sided in a single pass. You receive perfectly finished sheets, metal parts and save more than 50% of the time. This is because the double-sided deburring and edge rounding machine not only eliminates the need for a second pass, but also the need to remove, flip, and re-insert the parts for a second pass.

The EdgeBreaker® 3000 measures the remaining length of your deburring and edge rounding tools (abrasives) within the machine and automatically compensates for the wear off.     All processing units (deburring and edge rounding) are equipped with a quick-change system for the tools (abrasives) to minimize set=up times. You can simply remove the brushes and click them back in, without any tools needed! The machine can be outfitted with a variety of different tools (various grits and material composites are available). All for optimum deburring and edge rounding results to suit your changing requirements.
