We are reducing our carbon footprint!
We are constantly reducing our energy consumption and carbon emissions through a wide range of measures.

Our German sites use 100% green electricity, 21% of which is generated by our own PV systems.

    We attach great importance to customer orientation, which is why we regularly conduct satisfaction surveys to understand our customers' needs.

    We focus on communication, training and employee development to promote an open and inclusive corporate culture.
  • Suppliers
    We work closely with reliable and sustainable suppliers. Fair working conditions and sustainable production and supply chain solutions are very important to us.

Ecological responsibility

Our strategy is compatible with the Paris Agreement to limit the temperature increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius. We are increasing the energy efficiency of our machines, processes and sites, promoting the electrification of mobility and focusing on renewable energies. We have already implemented measures to reduce our carbon footprint and remain committed.

Electrification of our means of transportation

We rely on e-bikes, e-forklifts & e-cars!

Over a third of our vehicle fleet is electrified. This means that many of our routes and transports are emission-free.

We offer a total of 14 charging points for electric cars at our locations, which are also available to our employees.

Social responsibility

We attach great importance to direct communication between management and employees. Regular meetings and staff meetings offer the opportunity to share ideas and feedback openly. Confidential discussions between managers and employees ensure that concerns are heard.

Team sport

The health and well-being of our employees is a priority for us. We increase the fitness and team spirit of our workforce with sports and leisure activities such as company football tournaments and local running events.

We additionally organize annual tennis tournaments, offer job bike options and support gym memberships.

Regular health days also improve well-being.

We are a medium-sized family business with a deeply rooted value system. This not only allows us to maintain our uniqueness in the market, but also to position ourselves successfully in the long term. We are aware that, as a successful company, we play an important role in society and bear responsibility.
