6. Newsletter
Newsletter data
On our website, we give you the opportunity to subscribe to our company's newsletter. Which personal data is transmitted to the party responsible for the processing when ordering the newsletter is determined by the input mask used for this purpose.
We will inform you about offers from our company at regular intervals via a newsletter. You can only receive the ARKU newsletter if you have a valid e-mail address and have registered to receive the newsletter.
For legal reasons, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address entered for the first time for sending the newsletter as part of the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to check whether the owner of the e-mail address, as the person concerned, has authorized the receipt of the newsletter.
Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass this on to third parties.

Our newsletters contain tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a thumbnail image embedded in e-mails sent in HTML format to allow log file recording and analysis. This enables a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. Using the embedded pixel-code, we can see whether and when an e-mail was opened by the person concerned and which links in the e-mail were called up by the person concerned.
Such personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters is stored and analyzed by the party responsible for the processing in order to optimize the newsletter dispatch and to adapt the content of future newsletters even better to your interests. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Affected persons are entitled to revoke the separate declaration of consent issued via the double opt-in procedure at any time. After a revocation, this personal data will be deleted by the party responsible for the processing. We automatically interpret cancellation of the receipt of the newsletter as a revocation.

Storage duration
